Sarah Bagnell (MScPT) graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree. She pursued her passion for physical rehabilitation at University College Dublin in Ireland graduating with a Professional Masters in Physiotherapy in 2018. She has gained clinical experience in areas including multi system, cardio-respiratory, and neurological rehab however the majority of her professional experience is in a musculoskeletal and orthopaedic setting.
Sarah is a passionate Physiotherapist who is fascinated by human anatomy and physiology as well as the strong relationship between the mind and body. She follows an evidence based approach to assessment and treatment to ensure she is providing current best practices for her patients. Sarah spends 1:1 time with patients and strives to provide a safe and comfortable space to decrease pain, improve function and quality of life through a variety of treatment techniques.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exercising whether it is at the gym or an outdoor adventure with her dog, Stanley.

Clarissa’s passion for nutrition started when she saw the difference it made with managing her own health conditions. Since studying dietetics at Mount Saint Vincent University, and completing her internship at The Hospital for Sick Children, Clarissa has been working in many settings in the Annapolis Valley including long term care, private practice, and Nova Scotia Health. Clarissa has an inclusive approach to nutrition, and believes that a person’s relationship with food is as, if not more, important than the food itself.
